In India, Olive telecom is the first Indian company to launch an Android-based tablet called Olive Pad VT100. It has an eye-catching look with the 7-inch capacitive screen. The VT100 is a 3G tablet capable of voice and video calls, and runs 2.1 éclair. It runs on the Qualcomm MSM7227 processor and is Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled.

The Olive Pad VT100 is certainly something called innovation creativity of Olive telecom which is launched in India. The tablet is capable of making video and voice calls on a 3G network with its CDMA capabilities. The network on the tablet is not exclusive and will be available to all players.

On 25th May, 2010, Dell has officially announced that it will launch Android powered 5-inch Dell Streak tablet, this June in UK. Specific launching date is not provided by the PC maker. The aim of this mobile internet device is to supply on-the-go mobile entertainment, social networking and navigation features.

Dell Inc. is a multinational information technology corporation and it is a member of the Open Handset Alliance (OHA), a syndicate of companies that are involved in developing the Android mobile platform. Dell android tablet Streak device was first shown at CES in January.
