Eligibility: The Philips Norelco “Hall of Fame” Sweepstakes is Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. States, D.C., and Puerto Rico, 18 years or older. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (“Affiliate Entities”) and their immediate families are not eligible.

Timing: The Philips Norelco “Hall of Fame” Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time on May 14, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 20, 2010.

How to Enter: To enter Philips Norelco Dad Hall of Fame Sweepstakes, Visit official website norelcomvp.com during the Entry Period and (a) agree to these Official Rules and Philips Norelco terms of use and privacy policy; (b) follow the online instructions to complete all required fields to register on the Website and enter the sweepstakes; and (c) submit a Hall of Fame nomination in accordance with the requirements described in these Official Rules.

Prize: Grand Prize: Four Grand Prize Winners will each receive a grand prize package: a trip for four to the Professional Sports Hall of Fame induction ceremony of their individual choice within the U.S. or Canada. Selected induction must take place by 8/31/11. Each prize package includes round trip coach airfare for four, two hotel room accommodations (2 nights, double occupancy), and transportation from nearest destination airport to hotel. (ARV of each: $5,000)

Secondary Prizes: Ten secondary prize winners will each receive one $200 gift certificate redeemable at the Steiner Sports (ARV: $200).

Total ARV of all prizes: $22,000.
