For entrance to contest, participants can visit http://www.hollywoodlife.com at any time during the Entry Period and follow the links and instructions in order to complete and submit their registration, including a video response to why they had make a great JCPenney Teen Guest Editor on Hollywood Life. There is limit that each participant may enter only once per day (1/day) during the Entry Period. If entering more than once, each video submission must be substantially different than previous entries. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.

Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Administrator will evaluate and judge all eligible entries and award each a score based on the following criteria: creativity, originality, and fashion sense as well as on Participants response to why they think they would make a great JCPenney Teen Guest Editor. Ten (10) Participants will be chosen from all eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period and will be informed of their selection by email that they have been selected to advance on to stage two on or around July 23rd, 2010.

These 10 participants will each receive a $100 JCPenney gift card and will have until the end of the Audition Period to submit their follow up video response. All eligible Entries received for the Audition Period will be judged by HollywoodLife.com equally in its sole and absolute discretion, on any and/or all of the following criteria: presentation and fashionable use of JCPenney 2010 Back-to-school clothing and accessory items. The 5 Finalists with the highest score, as determined by HollywoodLife.com in its sole and absolute discretion, will be notified by email, mail or phone on or around August 3, 2010 and will each receive an additional $100 gift card.
