Eligibility: The EatWholly Pop-Up Party Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older at time of entry.

Timing: The EatWholly Pop-Up Party Sweepstakes begins between 12:00:00 AM Central Time on 5/1/10 and 11:59:59PM CT on 7/31/10.

Limit: There is a limit of entry per person/email address per day.

Prize: One Grand Prize: A one-year supply of Wholly Guacamole and Wholly Salsa (awarded in form of coupons, each redeemable for one 7 oz. package of Wholly Guacamole and one 7 oz. package of Wholly Salsa), one T-Shirt and one Serving Tray. Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $385.

Twenty-five First Prizes: Prize package consisting of one T-shirt, one Coupon Booklet, a coupon redeemable for one 7 oz. package of Wholly Guacamole and a coupon redeemable for one 7 oz. package of Wholly Salsa. (ARV: $35.00 each).
