I am unable to log in and access my account. Most of the time it says that it is unable to open the page. This happens only in rediffmail and not in other sevices like sports, money etc. It is very difficult to progress ones activity with such a service. I have complained earlier but no response frm rediffmail.
I request you once again to look into the matter and sort out at your end. There are a number of similar complaints regarding your mailbox.
hope to have a remedy soon.

I’m unable to open my rediffmail at my laptop once start open i have seen the error message that internet explorer is not working fault.Please help me to settle this issue.
