The application will be received up to 45 days from 5th June 2010. How to apply for BRO (Border Road Organisation) Recruitment 2010?

As application candidates should not use news paper cutting. The printed applications candidates can buy from the market should ensure that it conforms to the prescribed format published in the Employment News. The candidates also require making photocopy of the application format as given in the Employment News or Rozgar Samachar. On the official website of BRO www.bro.nic.in the application form in Hindi ans in English is also provided so candidates can download it. Then fill up the details and send application before the closing date. The application must be filling up and sign at the prescribed places by Candidate’s own handwriting in English or Hindi. Applicants can apply for more than one post by sending separate application with separate fee. One envelope should contain one application for one post only. Application should be on good quality A4 size bond (80 GSM) paper using one side only.

Candidate has changed his name or dropped or added part of his name after Matriculation/SSC/Hr Secondary/Sr Secondary that time candidate will be required to submit, an attested copy of Gazette Notification to the effect that he has changed his name after matric or otherwise for appearing in Trade Test. The changed name should also have been specified in the Gazette Notification. Also attached copies of certificates for proof of residence, essential educational qualification, date of birth, caste certificate should be enclosed with application form.

Then call letters for trade test are sent to candidates by post and the same can also be available on www.bro.nic.in. After that selected candidates will have to undergo training at GREF Centre, Pune for 59 days. Every candidates will undergo Physical Efficiency test but marks of physical test during selection will vary depending on post applied for. For all trades passing of physical test is compulsory. From undergoing physical the departmental candidates, ex-servicemen and physically handicapped candidates appearing for trade test are excused.
