I have been trying for days to pay my bill! I’ve went all thru the site and it wouldn’t let me pay! I called both the 800 numbers and that wasn’t helpful they even said office was closed! so i couldn’t pay online or by phone. somethings wrong here!!!!

My Chase Health Advance bill paying site is one of the worst sites in the world to try and your bill on. I guess this is how they try and collect extra fees for not paying your bill on time. I have tried to log in for the past month everyday and guess what – LOGIN DOES NOT WORK. I CALLED CHASE HEALTH ADVANCE AND TOLD ME TO REMEMBER MY LOGIN INFO, and whoever she was in customer service was very rude but did verify my login info I had was correct and then she tried to charge me an overdue fee even when their SITE DON’T WORK CORRECTLY. No wonder they are going out of business and can’t take any more accounts.
