The Oxygen’s Generation O Sweepstakes Open only to permanent, legal US residents physically residing in one of the forty-eight contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, who are eighteen years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence, and an employee of an agency where Sponsors conduct an Event, throughout the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize: One prize will be awarded to Winner, consisting of the following: one 2010 Mini Cooper convertible, plus certain title and registration fees designated by Sponsors in their sole discretion. The estimated retail value of the Prize is thirty thousand dollars plus the Tax Mitigation Amount
