DEWA lets you to pay your monthly DEWA electricity or water bills in various modes: DEWA website, post offices, mobile phones, Dewa’s customer service centers, DEWA’s head office, petrol stations, ATM machines and banks. Ways to Pay DEWA Bills:

1. DEWA Website (ePay)

Just register at dewa.gov.ae and pay your bill online via credit/debit cards (VISA or Master card) without any additional charges from the comfort of your home or office at any time, from any place.

2. Mobile (mPay)

Another way to pay your bill is using your cell phone. Just like online way, this method also lets you to pay bill at your convenience. All you have to do is register at mpay.dubai.ae and start this service to pay your bill. You can use your credit/debit card (VISA or Master card) for payment.

3. DEWA Customer Service Centers

Pay your bill at 1 of 15 DEWA Customer Service Centers. You can get the list DEWA Customer Service Centers at dewa.gov.ae. Accepted payment modes are Cash, Cheques and Credit Cards. You can also mail – A/C Payee crossed cheque with the remittance advice of bill to Dubai Electricity & Water Authority, P.O. Box 564, Dubai.

4. Drive-Thru Service

This service is available at only two DEWA Customer Service Centers: Al-Wasl and Umm Al Ramool. Visit DEWA customer service centers between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM for paying your bill.

5. Etisalat Public Payment Machines

Pay your bill using 1 of 68 Etisalat Public payment machines. The list of Etisalat Public payment machines is available at dewa.gov.ae.

6. Pay at Petrol Stations (ENOC/EPPCO)

Go to any EPPCO or ENOC petrol station at any time for paying your DEWA bill. The list of ENOC and EPPCO petrol stations are available at dewa.gov.ae.

7. Post Offices

You can visit any post office 7 days a week during working hours and pay your DEWA bill. Get the list of Emirates post offices that accept DEWA bill at dewa.gov.ae.

8. Direct Debit

The Direct Debit Service automatically deducts your DEWA bill amount from your bank account every month. The Direct Debit Service is offered by Emirates NBD, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, Abu Dhabi Commerial Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai and Union National Bank.

9. ATM Machines

You can enjoy the convenience of paying your DEWA bill at ATM machines of large number of banks in Dubai.

10. Teller Counters

Visit ENOC stores at Burjuman Center (4006), Deira City Center 1 (4004), Deira City Center 2 (4005), Mall of the Emirates (4013), Rashidiya 1 (4001), Rashidiya 2 (4002) and pay your DEWA bill easily.
