The British Heart Foundation Diet, also known as the Greenlane diet is a poor fad diet that has been circulating for many years. It is a three day diet that claims to allow dieters to lose 10 pounds in three days while following the diet’s specific meal plan.
British Heart Foundation Diet Plan for Healthy Heart was neither created nor endorsed by the British Heart Foundation. The diet claims you can lose 10 pounds in 3 days. The diet did not originate where its title claims thus, many institutions have these diets named after them, such as the British Heart Foundation or the Cleveland Clinic.
The common form of three-day diet on the Internet involves eating a large quantity of tuna and various vegetables during the day, with ice cream each evening. As the three-day diet sold online by 3daydiets.net, this diet also seems to be similar to it. But it is not clear, but, if they are the developer of the diet, as they do not claim specifically to be. People adopt this diet for achieving their goal of short-term weight loss. But unfortunately they gain the weight back on again. The 3 Day Diet is simply a low calorie diet that can be seen by the meal plan. Plus, there is nothing magical – no mystical chemical reaction that goes on as some people seem to think. Sudden drop in calories results in weight loss – some of this may be fat – but most will be from water loss.
Many versions are circulating of three-day diets, with all of, the promise of bringing dieters significant weight loss in just three days. Diets contained with very low calorie carry high risks of side effects, such as gallstones and cardiovascular problems and which are only intended for the extremely obese who are experiencing significant medical problems due to obesity. These diets are carried out under the close supervision of physicians. They are not planned, or safe for, dieters to follow on their own.
