The native places of this sort of tree are Indonesia, Papua New Guinea or the Philippines. Though, in South America, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, China and other countries it has been introduced worldwide as an exotic wood.
Patches of bark shedding is origin from the unusual phenomenon at different times. The age of the bark is indicated by the different colors of the tree. This freshly shed outer bark will unveil the bright green inner bark and darken shed outer bark will reveal over time and changes from blue color to purple color and then it changes to orange and maroon tones.
Everyone think that tree is pretty and unusual but not be worshipped then, at least put this tree at public places like parks, forests, etc. Mostly, these trees are cultivated for pulpwood creation purposes, around the world. Wood pulp is a raw material which is utilized for making white paper. This pulp can be separated from the wood chemically or mechanically. Pulp is a dry and fibrous material, when it is suspended in water then fiber scatter and become more pliable.
From few years, its demand has been increased day by day because Pulpwood is considered as a source of green energy. Presently, these trees are cultivated particularly for the purpose of pulp production which is 16% of pulpwood of world. And approximate 9% comes from old growth forests and the remaining 75% comes from second-, third- and more generation forests.
