At the MTV video Music Award Show on Sunday September 13 evening, Kanye West has apologized on his blog for jumping on stage and interrupting country singer the Taylor Swift acceptance speech controversy. Kanya West’s apology issued was all in capital letters on his own blog.

Kanye disrupted proceedings as the star collected her award for Best Female Video at the ceremony in New York, then controversy caused. The teenage singer’s fellow nominee Beyoncé should have won the award instead protested by him so he jumped on to the stage and grabbed the microphone.

Kanye shouted to the audience that he was sorry, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time, Taylor was Shocked, left standing on the stage clutching her award. Beyoncé and two dancers performed an energetic dance routine in leotards; he was referring to the video for Single Ladies that has been copied across the world.

After the outburst and missed the rest of the show, the rapper was escorted out of the building but he was quickly posted on his blog an apology to Taylor and her mother. Kanye said that he was sooooo sorry to Taylor Swift, her fans and her mother. He was wrong on stage and taking away from her moment, he added in his apology.

Later in the evening, Taylor Swift was invited back on to the stage to finish her acceptance speech by Beyoncé.
