An American television sitcom, Are We There Yet? is premiered on 2 June 2010 on TBS. Are We There Yet? TV Show is based on the same named feature film of the 2005. Story of this show revolve around a family, which is adjusting to the new addition of the matriarch’s new husband and trying to deal with normal family situations. Executive producer of the show is Ice Cube. Are We There Yet? TV Show is made on the basis of Are We There Yet? feature film of 2005, which was released by Revolution Studios. For the series, the roles of the Nick Persons, Suzanne Kingston, her two children, and Nick’s friend Martin were recast. Executive producer of the show, Ice Cube is casted in the original film, its 2007 sequel Are We Done Yet? and in this TV series. Ice Cube played the role of Nick Persons in the films and in this TV show he is set to appear in a recurring role as Terrence, the brother of Suzanne.

The Kingston-Persons family, on which Are We There Yet? TV Show is centered, is a blended family, facing everyday life challenges and trying to get adjusted with one another. Suzanne Kingston (Essence Atkins) and Nick Persons (Terry Crews) have been newly wedded for six months, and their family is already starting to show growing pains.

A former athlete, Nick has traded his job at a sports memorabilia shop he owned for a job in information technology and is trying to figure out his role in the family. Suzanne has two children from a previous relationship, a daughter Lindsey, who is of 14-year-old and a son Kevin, who is of 10-year-old, and also works a very hectic schedule as a party planner. Mother of Nick (Telma Hopkins) is unhappy about recent wedding of her son or her new role as a grandmother, and has a tough time getting along with her new daughter-in-law.
